TISS Conference Report

The 8th Annual Climate Change Conference, organized by the Centre for Climate Change and Sustainability Studies (CCSS) of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and supported by the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung, took place on the 4th and 5th of August, 2017 at the TISS campus in Mumbai. The theme of this year’s conference was ‘Climate Action: Mitigation and Adaptation in a Post Paris World’. Issues ranging from climate policy in the era of the Paris Agreement to adaptation strategies in agriculture in India, were discussed in various sessions, over two days of the conference.
